BISCO Environmental manufactures control panels for use with all of our remediation systems. All of our control panels are fabricated in house by our UL certified Panel Shop. Our team of experts can design, engineer any size and type of control or electrical panel for a particular project. Custom panel designs can be configured to reflect variation in equipment type specifications, the desired level of control sophistication, and other considerations relevant to a particular remedial system application.
COMMON CONTROL PANEL FEATURES:
-Standard electro-mechanical based logic
-Motor starters with adjustable thermal overload protection
-UL Listed Intrinsically Safe Relays for fail safe and interlocked system operation
-Motor Selector Switches (On-Off or Hand-Off-Auto)
-Motor Run Indicator Lights
-Alarms with visual and/or audible indicators and resets
-Automatic or manual re-start after an alarm condition

Programmable Logic Controller (PLC):
- Replaces electro-mechanical based logic w/ software based logic
- Provides sophisticated PLC interfaces with various electrical devices (pumps, blowers, float switches, pressure transducers/switches, etc.
- Provides remote control and monitoring
- Fax/Paper reporting of system status/alarm conditions
- Data logging capability w/remote access and download capability
